Job Opening: Field Application Engineer (FAE)
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support and solution development for our agency’s chip product lines, including but not limited to 8-bit/32-bit MCUs, signal chain products, IoT, and wireless products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the promotion of the company’s products and solutions.
- Conduct sales training, manage exhibition presentations, and facilitate in-depth technical discussions with customer engineers.
- Review customer schematics and PCB layouts to ensure optimal design and functionality.
- Provide on-site customer support to address hardware, software, and mass production challenges.
- Develop software and tailor solutions to meet customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of relevant experience and a minimum of CET-4 in English.
- Expertise in hardware architecture platforms including 8/32-bit MCUs and signal chain products.
- Proficiency in MCU-related peripheral interfaces and practical circuit design.
- Strong market application knowledge with the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs.
- Advanced skills in C and assembly language (RISC) with a solid background in programming and product development.
- Proficiency in electronic hardware design, testing, verification, and EDA tools.
- -Excellent documentation, communication, and collaborative skills with a strong service orientation and innovative approach.
Job Opening: Purchasing Specialist
Description:
- Monitor trends in the electronics components industry, develop and manage supplier channels including agents, original manufacturers, and factory consignments to establish a reliable, stable, and mutually beneficial supplier network.
- Engage in sourcing, negotiating, and order management for electronic components while expanding key supplier relationships.
- Oversee procurement operations, including supplier negotiations, order execution, and product warehousing inspection.
- Assist the Purchasing Director with daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Preferred three or more years of experience in electronic component purchasing or sales.
- Positive demeanor with a professional appearance, and a proactive, adaptable communication style suited for effective negotiation.
- English proficiency with CET level 4 or above preferred.
- Experienced in channel development and skilled in cultivating relationships with various suppliers or customers.
- Resilient under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
